About Neil T. Kush

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Neil brings a strong sense of service and community to the practice of law. Before becoming an attorney, he spent eight years as a member of the fire service —an experience that shaped his deep commitment to helping others through times of crisis.

Motivated by a passion for advocating for families and protecting the well-being of children, Neil pursued a legal career with a focus on family law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he further honed the skills needed to support clients through life’s most challenging transitions.

After law school, Neil made North Florida his home and has since dedicated his practice to family law. Whether navigating complex custody disputes or helping clients through a rough divorce, Neil approaches each case with compassion, clarity, and a steadfast focus on achieving the best possible outcome.

Above all, Neil remains driven by the same goal that first inspired his public service career: making a meaningful difference in the lives of families and children.
