About Paula Bartlett

Paula Bartlett has been an advocate for children and families her entire career. She started as a Case Manager for the Child Protection Team (“CPT”), committed to keeping the most vulnerable children safe. While working for CPT, she put herself through law school, determined to fight for children in the courtroom.

After law school, she ran her own law firm, focused on children’s issues and family law. She then because a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and spent eight years resolving contested divorce and custody cases without unnecessary litigation.

Paula brings a wealth of valuable experience. She knows how to advocate for children and families. She is a seasoned litigator and a seasoned mediator. She knows how to settle the issues that need to be settled and how to fight for the ones that do not.

When not working, Paula is the mother to her two grown children, born during law school.
